After training as a mathematician and economist Simon spent nearly 30 years in brand, advertising and communications consultancy. In the course of that he has worked for many of the world’s leading brand owners here in the UK and in the Americas. His specialism in corporate brand planning and analytics led him to develop Reputation Dividend in 2007 to better serve the increasing needs for greater objectivity in reputation management and connectivity with wider brand management.

Sandra has advised senior leaders and boards on increasing the evidence-based counsel and professionalism of communications and reputation management for over 25 years.

Her early career comprised communications roles in companies including Edelman, Information et Entreprise and PA Management Consulting. From there she set up Echo Research which she built into full-service research firm with offices in the London, Paris, New York and Singapore. Following Echo’s acquisition by Ebiquity Plc in 2011 she founded Mindful Reputation and joined Reputation Dividend.

Sandra is cited as 'among the 100 most influential people in PR’ by PR Week. She has served on the Council of the International Business Leaders’ Forum, on the Board of the Institute of Public Relations and the Department of Trade and Industry’s Business Links, and on the Appeal Board of I CAN, the charity for the children with special needs. She is a Companion of the Chartered Institute of Management and a member of the McKinsey Women as Leaders’ Forum. She currently sits on the Board of the Arthur W Page Society and University of Oxford’s Public Affairs Advisory Group as well as being a Visiting Professor at the NYU, New York.

Bob has over 20 years experience in the areas of reputation, global market intelligence and business development. He helps organizations optimize their business performance by creating communications strategies to improve their corporate reputation, increases customer acquisition by untangling the analytic complexities of big data and improves sales and marketing effectiveness through precision-guided, customer-segmented acquisition programs. 

Globally credentialed, Bob has delivered tangible value to his clients’ engagements in more than 20 countries, across six continents. He has helped to build brands and organizations, successfully launched products and services and assembled high-performance consulting and sales teams.

Atai has been integral to the development of Reputation Dividend since its inception. He is a consultant statistician with many years’ experience in a variety of business sectors, including utilities, telecommunications, health and retail, and has worked for many leading organisations.

Greg has over 25 years' experience in international financial markets, as a credit analyst and Investment Banker at NatWest Markets, top 5 ranked Oil & Gas equity analyst at JPMorgan, Managing Director at FTI Consulting Inc and co-founder of Pendomer Communications LLP. He works principally with CEO’s and CFO’s helping them to manage their strategic communications with the financial markets, acting as senior counsel for a number of leading FTSEurofirst 300 companies. Greg has advised on a number of large transactions including the flotation of Italy’s leading oil company, one of the largest acquisitions in the global brewing sector and various other deals. Separately, as Chair of Trustees, Greg led one of the UK’s leading schools through to academy status in the first wave, in 2012.
